Pinsk Family Practice now offers a Preferred Access Subscription.


Weekends? Holidays? Out of Town? No problem. College student? No problem. Your medical questions and concerns will be addressed within 24 hours over our secure email server.

Please note that THIS IS NOT FOR EMERGENCIES. If you have an emergency, please call the office or the answering service immediately.

How it Works
Subscribers may email their symptoms, their questions, and even attach a photograph for evaluation. They may also request prescription refills and referrals at their convenience. If you have had a consult with a specialist and want to share their findings or get our opinion, we are there for you. If you are concerned about the nature and severity of your medical problem, we can help alleviate your worries promptly. Subscribers can expect the doctor’s response within 24 hours or frequently sooner. Save time and perhaps an unnecessary office visit. If your medical problem requires an office visit, we can facilitate that as well.

To Become a Subscriber

To become a Preferred Access Subscriber, first select either the monthly recurring payment option or the yearly option. You can conveniently use PayPal with any credit card. Once the transaction is complete, the system will ask you to select a username and password. You may then use the Preferred Access Service as often as you’d like.

* Please note that you must be a patient of our practice in order to become a subscriber. If you are not currently a patient, we would be delighted to welcome you to our practice. Please call our office to make an appointment.
